Measurement of thermal expansion of dies

The amount of thermal expansion of a die, which can impact the ejection amount of resin, is measured without contact. The CL Series’ compact heads can be installed in a limited space in equipment. Up to six sensor heads can be connected to a single controller and used for measurement simultaneously.
